the Housing

Government

Mr. Sung
joined
ESMACO Pte.
Ltd as
General
Manager and
responsible
for the
Chairman of
the Hong Wah
Town Council
in
Singapore.
He left
Singapore in
1992 and
established
Lawson David
& Sung
Surveyors
Limited in
Hong Kong.
With his
experience
and
knowledge in
the field of
Real Estate,
he had
accomplished
a series of
major land
development
projects.

promulgate
the
environmental
control
exercise and
to set up a
new office
to clean up
the ten
scattering
environmental
black-spots
created by
open storage
on
uncontrolled
lands. After
the
exercise,
Mr. Au was
then
assigned to
hold the
position of
Principle
Land
Executive
responsible
for the
overall
control pf
the land
acquisition
projects for
the West
Rail (Rural)
Development.

feasibility
studies.
She is also
responsible
to give
planning
input to the
in-house
surveyors in
respect of
property
valuation,
land
administration

experienced
in dealing
very closely

multi-disciplinary

members and
officers of
various
Government
Departments
with regard
to
