Managing Director
Mr. Sung Tze Wah, Vincent

Mr. Sung has accumulated over 30 years experience in General Practice Surveying. He worked in Government from 1974 - 1985 and prior to leaving the Civil Service held the rank of Senior Estate Surveyor. From 1985 - 1989, Mr. Sung was employed by the Housing Development Board of the Singapore Government as Executive Estate Officer, responsible for property management of Government Housing Estates. In 1989 - 1991, Mr. Sung joined ESMACO Pte. Ltd as General Manager and responsible for the Chairman of the Hong Wah Town Council in Singapore. He left Singapore in 1992 and established Lawson David & Sung Surveyors Limited in Hong Kong. With his experience and knowledge in the field of Real Estate, he had accomplished a series of major land development projects.

Mr. Lau Yuet Ming, Alain

Mr. Lau joined the Buildings and Lands Department of the Hong Kong Government as an Assistant Estate Surveyor in 1985 and became an Estate Surveyor in 1988. In 1991 he left the Civil Service and joined Fotton Surveyors and in 1998, Mr. Lau became an Associate Director of Lawson David & Sung Surveyors Limited. Mr. Lau is an experienced Chartered Surveyor specialized in Negotiation for Compensation Claims in Land Acquisition and Resumption.

Mr. Wong Chi Wai

Mr. Wong joined Lawson David and Sung Surveyors Limited in 1995 and has accumulated over 10 years of experience in the real estate market. As a Chartered Surveyor, Mr. Wong posses a wide range of experience in terms of valuation, town planning, real estate agency as well as land administration.

Mr. Sung joined Lawson David and Sung Surveyors Limited in the year 2000. Since then, Mr. Sung accumulated his experience in the real estate market including in the field of valuation, town planning and development, estate agency and land administration. Mr. Sung now responsible in the strategic planning and development of the oversea market, particularly in Mainland China and Singapore.

Mr. Pun How Wai, Nelton

Mr. Pun joined the Architectural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government in 1965. He then been working with the Government for over 23 years and held the position of Chief Architect before leaving the Civil Services. In 1998, Mr. Pun left the Civil Service and joined First City International Limited and became an Associate Director of Lawson David & Sung Surveyors Limited. Over the years, Mr. Pun had involved in many projects including the Kowloon Police Headquarters, the Prince of Wales Building as well as the development of Shatin New Town.

Mr. Tsang has accumulated over 19 years experience in architectural projects, and acted as A.P. & Architect of over 10 new buildings, 20 alterations and 60 interiors.  Mr. Tsang joined Ng Chun Man & Associates, Architects & Engineers Ltd., Chung Wah Nam & Partners and Chau Ku & Leung Architects & Engineers Ltd. after his graduation.  Currently, Mr. Tsang is the principal of TMB Architects Limited.   Besides, Mr. Tsang participates actively in various public bodies, including the Authorized Persons Registration Committee Panel and Contractors Registration Committee Panel of the Buildings Department, and Panel Members of the Town Planning Appeal Board and Buildings Appeal Tribunals.

Associate Director - Land Administration and Management Services
Mr. Au Kam Pang, Frank

- MBA, Newport University, 1988

Mr. Au has 29 years of hand on hand land management, land acquisition and project management experience in the New Territories. In 1994 to 1997, he held the post of Land Control Officer responsible to promulgate the environmental control exercise and to set up a new office to clean up the ten scattering environmental black-spots created by open storage on uncontrolled lands. After the exercise, Mr. Au was then assigned to hold the position of Principle Land Executive responsible for the overall control pf the land acquisition projects for the West Rail (Rural) Development. Mr. Au left the Civil Service in 1999 and joined as an Associate Director of Lawson David & Sung Surveyors Limited.

Mr. K. S. Wong, Kays

Mr. Wong has been in the real estate field for more than 20 years.  He had been Senior Executive and Director in many leading real estate companies in Hong Kong including Hong Kong Development Limited, Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway Corporation, and New World Centre.  Mr. Wongˇ¦s professionalism is ranging from property management, property development, and estate agency as well as project management.  He worked with Kays International Property Consultants Co. Limited before joining Lawson David & Sung Surveyors Ltd.

Senior Town Planner
Miss Chang Ming Lai, Regina

 Ms. Chang is a chartered town planner with over 7 years of experience in the planning profession.  Her main duties as a Senior Town Planner include providing professional advice to clients, preparing planning statements in support of statutory planning applications and different kinds of feasibility studies.  She is also responsible to give planning input to the in-house surveyors in respect of property valuation, land administration and estate agency. She has accumulated her considerable experienced in dealing very closely with multi-disciplinary project team members and officers of various Government Departments with regard to development proposals.

Executive Land Consultant
Mr. Tse Kwok Hing, Fred

- GCE, London University
- Certificate in Land Administration, Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Mr. Tse joined the Lands Department in 1974 and serviced the Government for 25 years. Prior leaving the Civil Services, he held the post of Chief Land Executive. As an Executive Land Consultants for Lawson David & Sung Surveyors Limited, Mr. Tse also provides Advisory Services to Maunsell Consultant Asia Ltd. and as Land Consultant for David C Lee Surveyors. During his time with the Government, he is specialized in attending lands matters including:

1. Implementation of resumption and development clearance
2. Land management matters
3. Planning and estimation of resumption costs and staff resources
4. Implementation of development projects
5. Short term land disposal, land exchanges and small house grant

Executive Land Consultant
Mr. Yip King Yin, James

- Diploma in Management Studies
- Member of Hong Kong Institute of Land Administration

Mr. Yip served in the Land Executive grade in the Civil Service for 32 years between 1964 and 1996 in various New Territories District Offices and District Lands Offices including Headquarters. He held the position of Chief Land Executive for 16 years until 1996 before joining First City International Limited and later became Chief Land Consultant of Lawson David and Sung Surveyors Limited. Mr. Yip possesses a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in land administration, staff supervision, training and organisation, and human resources management.
